What we do

Three programmes, one community

Water, school and health care work best together. A child who isn't sick or fetching water can stay in class.

How we work

Villages choose. We help build.

Every project starts with a village meeting. Local committees decide what's needed, and they own and run it once it's done.

  • Led by local people

94% of our staff live in the communities they serve.

  • Built to last

Every well comes with a trained repair team and a spare-parts fund.
